Is anyone else pissed at Y!Answers for removing legit questions?

All of those things will get a question removed, but there are other rules as to format and context that must be followed. These are outlined in the community guidelines (link at bottom of every page). If you are not following these, you are also violating the rules, no matter how innocent and clean your questions may be.
