Should I put st. Ives in my tattoo?

Ive had my tattoo for four days and I've been putting unscented lotion on it but I lost the lotion so all I have now is st.Ives...i don't know if it's scented but I've been herring something about don't put any thing on it with petrolatum in it but it has it so should use it or nor
