How to use these Fitness/Muscle Building supplements correctly?

After a workout and before you goto bed. I aim for about 90 grams of protein from the supplements and the rest from my diet. So about 200 grams in total. Creatine is much better than L-Glutamine. I wouldn't stop taking creatine because it is one of the best supplements available. You can get cheaper versions. My bucket of creatine lasts forever.
