Um, Blair Waldorf is a fictional character from a series, not a real person. And though that girl looks very much like the actress that plays the character on the series, there is no possible way a famous actress would be selling junk online thru a youtube video site. So, no, she is not Blair Waldorf because that is an imaginary person. And, no, she is not the actress who plays that character. But you can be friends with her anyway. Just stop trying to make her prove -anything- to you, because no one has to prove anything to you.
