Am I mentally disturbed if I'm 14 but I don't find very graphic video's disturbing?

That's perfectly normal. Think violent video games. Most people, including kids, don't mind watching people's heads get blown off. In fact, a lot of people find it fun. As long as you don't think of Budd Dwymer's suicide as a funny video, you're fine.
