Is She Into Me Or Is She A tease? ?

The way you describe your contacts with her it sounds as though she is most definitely "into you". The only thing that makes me wonder if she is only teasing is the intensity of those contacts with no mention of going further on her part. I feel that you should go ahead & tell her the same things you have mentioned in this question. "LOL" & good luck. It all sounds so wonderful that I hope it works out.
