How do i adjust the carb on a b&s 4.0 quatro engine there are no screws but i heard there might be an adj pin?

If it is the type that is on top of the fuel tank there is no adjustment. Alot of the newer carburetors don't have adjustments other than speed. Everything is fixed on the inside.
