What do you think of these women?

What do you think of these women? She has two daughters (toddlers) with a man she wanted to marry. It turned out that he never wanted to marry, but only wanted children. When he moves out, she allowed him to take his two daughter with him to live with him, because she did not want to take them away from there father (a very good father). She then moved on with her live, but still spend allot of time with her two daughters and there father on a weakly basis, but does not pay child support to the father, because he never asked for it.
