Good anime to watch apart from Naruto and Bleach?

I'm an avid fan of quality anime such as Naruto andd Bleach (at least when they aren't using the tedious fillers). Could anyone give me recommendations of similar anime? Anime with a relatively good storyline and good fighting dynamics. Not that ghey anime where the girls have those inordinately shrill voices, please.
