Are my two Neon Tetras alright on their own?

yeah there will be fine but tetras are schooling fish and if a was you i would keep 8 or more last mounth i brought 10 daimond head neon tetras and there look like there breeding and having fry or lava but my mate has 2 cardnile tetras on there own so i`d say that would be fine
