Ok what does this sound like: stomach flu, or stomach bug?

Sounds to me like the E.coli virus, or it could be food poisoning. I find that pepto bismol actually makes it worse, and seltzer actually does the trick since it releaves the pressure of gas build up in your stomach.go see a doctor.
